RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the goods and provided they are returned unused in their original packing in perfect condition, we will refund the full amount of the cost of the goods only, less a 20% handling charge. All costs incurred in sending the goods to you will not be refunded. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return of unsuitable products

  • We will provide you with 7 days to return an unused product in its original packaging from date of receipt.
  • We will accept returns at any of our stores with no charge and refund the full price of the product as shown on the invoice, excluding delivery costs.
  • If you choose to book a collection for the return this may incur charges from the courier company.

Return of damaged items

  • If the item you receive is damaged, immediately take pictures of its packaging, internally and externally, and of the product itself.
  • We will accept return requests for damaged items within 2 days of your receipt of the product.
  • If we conclude the damage occurred prior to handover we will provide you with either a replacement, a voucher, or a refund for the full value of the product.

Incorrect Item Delivered

  • If you receive the incorrect item or a different item from your order, please notify us immediately, we request you take photos of the packaging and the items.
  • We will accept requests for incorrectly delivered items within 2 days of your receipt of the product.
  • If the product has its own packaging, please leave it intact.
  • We will swap the item for the correct one at our cost.

Return Delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

General on Returns

  • Please ensure all courier returns are packaged safely and securely to ensure they will not be damaged during transport.
  • We may charge you a fee for soiled goods that are returned and inspected by our staff.

  • Bank Transfer (either by EFT or physical cash deposit)
