Deliveries and packaging

• All orders attract a packaging and delivery fee charged above our product price.
• We will only be able to fulfil deliveries within South Africa.
• Deliveries are generally completed within 2 to 7 working days.
• You may opt to collect your order in any of our stores for free. We will take 2-4 working days to prepare your order in this case and notify you once ready for collection.

Large orders are classified as having either or both, a weight of at least 5kg, or a single dimension greater than 1.2m.

Certain categories of items automatically fall into the large goods group, these are:

Mirrors

Furniture

Room dividers

Folding furniture

If a quantity of small items are ordered which add up to a weight greater than the above classifications, the order will automatically be classified as a large or extra large order. An example of this would be dinner plates, a single plate with packaging has a weight of approximately 950 g, so if 6 or more plates are ordered the order will be classified as large. If 25 or more plates are ordered, the order will be classified as extra large.
